As we are selling services of web hosting so there is no such thing as refund. Once we purchase a domain name for you it cannot be refunded. Domains are in ownership of customer he can transfer them any time.
Products purchased from 700hosting.com may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:
Annual Plans – Within 10 days of the date of the transaction and only 10 percent of total amount paid is refunded as domains are paid in advance.
In case network admin suspended a domain due to any reason like load on server, any wordpress plugin putting load on server, spamming and it is not fixed than it cannot be refunded.
